   2. Strengths and challenges of formation in the house.
2. Space to deepen discussions on important areas

Jan 6 – Meeting of all formators

• Coming to a common vision of the kind of missionaries we wish / the society needs today. The basic texts we will use for this will be the Charter of formation and the GA13 document.
• Each formator is responsible for all students in formation. We don’t segment the process of formation too much. It is a big team work. Everybody has a say about every stage.
• Ways and means of facing financial challenges in the future

Jan 7 – Ongoing formation for formators (Facilitators : Hugh Lagan & James Shimbala)

• Strength based formation
• Helping students become collaborators in their own formation journey
• Psycho-spiritual screening as a formation tool

Jan 8 – Finishing

• Suggestions to revise the formation directory based on the GA13 and all our discussions
• Evaluation
• Outing
